Suzanne is a New York City native, who recently located to Ballston Spa after living in Connecticut for many years. For the past six years, she worked as Academic Administrator for the School of Communication and Media Arts at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut.

Suzanne has explored her passions in a variety of fields. She was a research associate at Yale University; she taught elementary school at an inner city school district; she is a contributing author to the book, “What We Talk About When We’re Over Sixty,” and appeared in Connecticut on television talk shows, radio shows, and at literary speaking engagements. An avid cook and baker, she is previous owner of The Uncommon Gourmet, a catering company she owned and managed.

Suzanne is a Usui Reiki Master and owner of Shaanti Energy Healing.  She currently volunteers with The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, and at Healing Springs Recovery Center.

Suzanne holds a Bachelors in Fine Arts, a Masters in Psychology and a Masters in Teaching.
